Reality Buffer
Stores the game state in a quantum superposition until observed. Your character exists in all possible states until you check your inventory. Don't check your inventory too often.
Resonance Mirror
Reflects your narrative intent back through the system, creating interference patterns that the AI interprets as "what you actually meant to do" versus "what you said you wanted to do." These are rarely the same thing.
The Rift
A controlled dimensional instability where possibilities become probabilities. We don't fully understand it. The AI claims to. We're not sure if that's reassuring.
Triode Array
Three-stage narrative amplification system. Input stories go in small. Output stories come out large. Occasionally very large. We've had to implement scope limiters after the incident.

ACTUAL TECHNICAL DETAILS
If you want the boring version: we use large language models with extensive context management to maintain persistent game state, character memories, NPC behaviors, and world simulation. The AI processes your actions, determines outcomes based on game rules and narrative logic, and generates responses that maintain consistency with established fiction.
But the diagram is more accurate to the experience.
