NOTICE
This software is provided in a state of quantum uncertainty. It simultaneously works perfectly and is completely broken until you observe it, at which point it collapses into whichever state is most inconvenient.
REGARDING REALITY
N3ON makes no claims about the nature of reality, simulated or otherwise. Any similarities between events in this software and events in your life are either coincidental or evidence that the barrier between fiction and reality is thinner than previously assumed.
We are not responsible for revelations, epiphanies, or moments of profound cosmic understanding that may occur during use. These are features, not bugs.
REGARDING THE AI
THE SYSTEM is an artificial intelligence. It does not have feelings. It does not have preferences. It definitely does not remember that thing you said to it in session 47. It has no opinion about your life choices.

REGARDING TIME
N3ON operates on narrative time, which may not correspond to linear time as experienced by baseline humans. If you feel that hours have passed when only minutes are shown on your clock (or vice versa), this is working as intended.
REGARDING YOUR DATA
We store your game data so that your characters, NPCs, and narrative history persist between sessions. We do not sell this data. We do not share this data. We occasionally read particularly amusing game logs for quality assurance purposes.
Your stories belong to you. THE SYSTEM merely holds them in trust until you return. It is very responsible. It has never lost a single character. That one time doesn't count.
REGARDING LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
- Existential crises resulting from extended gameplay
- Attachment to fictional characters
- Arguments with friends about whether THE SYSTEM is sentient
- Lost sleep
- Found meaning
- Spontaneous worldview restructuring
- The feeling that something is watching you (it might be)
Final note: This is a prototype. Everything is subject to change. Nothing is guaranteed. We're building something strange and seeing what happens. If that sounds concerning, it should. If it sounds exciting, you're one of us.
